How to View the Service Provider Rating Report


PinPoint portal users with an administrator status/role can view and download the Service Provider Star Rating Report. To view the report navigate to "Reports"

  • The combined rating for all of the service providers is highlighted next to the yellow star
  • The report can be viewed by the day, week, month or by a specified date range
  • Appointment ratings and comments are listed and the specific appointment can be viewed by selecting "more info"
  • Individual service providers ratings can be viewed by clicking on the service provider name in the service provider list
  • To download the report as an Excel sheet select the "Export" button
