How to Add a Service Provider Pic & Bio

To add a picture and short bio to a Service Technician's profile

• Select Service Technicians
• Navigate to the three dots to the right of the service technician's name
• Select "Edit"

• Add information to the bio field (or cut and paste info into the field)
• Select "Choose File" (jpegs work well)
• Select "Update Service Provider"
