How to Create an Appointment in the PinPoint Portal

To create an appointment in the PinPoint Portal navigate to the appointment label on the left side of the screen

  • Select "Add Appointment"
  • Add the appointment, address, customer and service technician information
  • Select "Create Appointment" to save

Once the appointment is created it will then show up on the list of appointments for the day.
