How to download and log into the PinPoint mobile app on a tablet

Log into the App Store or Google Play and search PinPoint Status

1. Download the PinPoint app onto your tablet or iPad
2. If prompted select allow location setting

An administrator will need to email you (or themself if they are setting up the tablet) an access token through the PinPoint portal

To email an access token an email address needs to be listed on the service provider’s profile (can be the service provider's or administrator setting up the tablet)

Navigate to the three dots to the right of the service provider you would like to set a tablet up for and select “Email Access Code”

Log into the pinpoint app on an iPad or Tablet 

1. Select “Access Token Login”
2. Paste the Access Code that was emailed to you into the Access Token Field
3. Select “Sign In”
4. You should now be logged into the PinPoint Status App.

NOTE: A tablet must have a data plan for the PinPoint mobile app to run effectively
