How to Add a Service Provider to PinPoint
To add a Service Provider navigate to the Service Technician/Provider tab
- Select "Add Service Provider"
- Add service provider name, preferred name, phone
- Add email if sending an authentication code to an iPad
- Add bio and upload pic (choose file) if providing
- Check the send message box
- Click "Create Service Provider" box
How to Connect Service Provider to Your Scheduling Software
After a service provider has been created in PinPoint, it can be connected to the service provider account in your scheduling software.
Before starting to connect a service provider, make sure an appointment for the service provide has been sync'd with PinPoint. The easiest way to do this is to schedule a test appointment for later today and wait about 15 minutes.
- Click on the service providers menu
- Click on the name of the service provider you want to connect
- Click on the "Integration Mapping" tab
- Click "Connect" beside any of the accounts you want connected
- Click on "Disconnect" beside any of the accounts you want disconnected
