Finding a Missing Appointment

When an appointment is missing from PinPoint Status, it is typically due to missing information. You will want to check that the appointment:

  • has a date and time set
  • an appointment type that is set to be imported
  • you have waited long enough for PinPoint to sync it over (about 15 minutes)
