What does the green, red or grey dot next to the appt. mean?
The dots highlight the status of the text or email. Whether it was received, not received or cannot be determined.
- A green dot means that the scheduled message (2 days before reminder, 1 day before reminder, etc...) was received
- A yellow dot means that the text cannot be received because the phone number is a land-line or the customer does not have their phone turned on
- A red dot means that text was not received (could be a wrong number or bad cell coverage, or cell phone provider delays)
- A grey dot indicates that the system cannot determine the status
- The On the Way message will always be grey because the phone companies prohibit sharing that status for MMS messages (messages that have a picture in them)
