Moraware Appointment Fields

PinPoint Status automatically pulls data from Moraware jobs and activities to populate your appointments. For each appointment in PinPoint Status, we pull the following from Moraware:

  1. The appointment name is pulled from the Job Name.
  2. Contact info is pulled from the job address. We will try to use the cell number if that is available but will fall back to non-cell numbers if needed. The customer name, address, and email are also pulled from the job address.
  3. The activity type is pulled into PinPoint directly.
  4. The start date and schedule Time are used to set the date in PinPoint Status
  5. The assignee is used as the service technician in PinPoint Status. Please note, only a single assignee is supported.
